1General

1.1These terms apply to the Dotify apps, dotify.fun and the bots. By using them you accept these terms. Data is covered by the Privacy Policy, payments by the Subscription Terms.

2Music

2.1Dotify finds and plays music from other platforms. The music belongs to its rights holders: a Dotify subscription grants no rights to it and does not replace platform subscriptions.

3Licence

3.1The code, design and logo belong to Dotify; third-party components keep their own licences. The app is for personal, non-commercial use.

4Rules

4.1You are responsible for your account. Do not access other accounts, bypass limits or disrupt the service.

4.2A subscription can be shared through gifts and family seats. Sharing login details or selling an account is not allowed.

4.3Closed beta versions and subscriber builds may not be shared, published or sold. Doing so cancels the subscription and bans the account without a refund.

5How the service works

5.1The service is provided as is: errors and downtime happen. Beta versions may be unstable.

5.2Access may be limited or closed for violations or when the law requires. Questions go to Support.

5.3These terms do not limit rights granted by law.
