1What we collect

1.1By using Dotify you accept this policy. We process:

• account: nickname, username, ID and email
• Telegram or Google sign-in: your ID and name there
• playlists and listening history for recommendations
• device and system, so the app works
• IP address, to pick the audio route and stop abuse
• orders: item, amount, payment method and status
• error reports you send to support

2Why and with whom

2.1We use the data to run the service, recommendations, purchases and support, and protect it from unauthorised access.

2.2The payment provider gets only what a payment or refund needs, and only it sees card details. Data goes to others only when the law requires.
