How to purchase a subscription?

Installing Dotify on iPhone & iPad (iOS)

How to sign via bot?

  1. Enable Developer Mode (iOS 16+):
    — Settings → Privacy & Security → Developer Mode → Turn ON and reboot
    — After reboot: Settings → General → VPN & Device Management → select certificate and tap Trust

Tracks not playing / 'Check network' error / Zapret setup
  1. In-app proxy:
    • Go to Settings → Services → Proxy tab
    • Toggle proxy and restart the player
  1. Audio settings:
    • In Settings → Audio, turn OFF Volume Normalization, Crossfade, and Gapless
    • Switch quality from Lossless (FLAC) to 320 kbps
  1. Zapret setup (Windows):
    • Install Zapret (Flowseal build)
    • Open lists/list-general.txt and add the required domains:

Importing Tracks, Playlists & Profiles (Yandex, Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube)

How to import music in Dotify (Library → '+'):

  1. Full profile import (all playlists & liked tracks):
    — Yandex Music: profile URL https://music.yandex.ru/users/USERNAME
    — Spotify: profile URL https://open.spotify.com/user/USER_ID (in Spotify: Profile → Share → Copy link to profile)
    — SoundCloud: profile URL https://soundcloud.com/USERNAME
  1. Single playlists and likes import:
    — Yandex Music: playlist URL https://music.yandex.ru/users/USERNAME/playlists/ID
    — SoundCloud: liked tracks URL https://soundcloud.com/USERNAME/likes or playlist URL https://soundcloud.com/USERNAME/sets/NAME (including on.soundcloud.com)
    — Spotify: playlist and album links (https://open.spotify.com/playlist/...)
  • Spotify Liked Songs: In desktop Spotify open 'Liked Songs', press Ctrl+A / Cmd+A, add all tracks into a new playlist and import that playlist link
    — YouTube: playlist links (https://youtube.com/playlist?list=...)
DNS Configuration & Unblocking (incl. Ukraine)
  1. Android 9+ (Private DNS):
    — Settings → Network & internet → Private DNS → Hostname: dns.google or one.one.one.one
  1. Windows 10/11:
    — Settings → Network & Internet → Ethernet / Wi-Fi → DNS server assignment → Manual IPv4:
  • Preferred: 1.1.1.1, Alternate: 1.0.0.1 (or 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)
  1. iOS / iPadOS:
    — Settings → Wi-Fi → (i) icon → Configure DNS → Manual → 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
  1. Speed test:
    — Use dnsspeedtest.online to test and select the lowest-latency DNS for your region

Manual DNS setup is optional as Dotify includes automatic built-in domain swapping.

Setting up Discord RPC Rich Presence
  1. In Discord:
    • Open User Settings → Activity Privacy → enable "Display current activity as a status message"
  1. In Dotify:
    • Open Settings → Integrations tab → toggle Discord RPC ON
    • Run both applications with matching user permissions (avoid running one as Administrator)
White Screen / Startup Issues (WebView2)
  1. Reload interface:
    • Press Ctrl+R or F5 in the Dotify window to reload
  1. Clear Cache:
    • Close Dotify
    • Press Win+R, enter %APPDATA%/Dotify and press Enter
    • Delete the Cache folder and reopen the app
  1. Microsoft Edge WebView2:
    • Ensure WebView2 Runtime is installed on your Windows PC
    • Verify there are no leftover debug environment variables:
  • WEBVIEW2_ADDITIONAL_BROWSER_ARGUMENTS
  • CHROME_REMOTE_DEBUGGING_PORT

Background playback stops on Android
  1. Phone Settings → Apps → Dotify → Battery → choose "Unrestricted"
  2. Enable Autostart and allow background data & activity
  3. Lock Dotify in the recent apps / task manager

Version differences: Universal APK vs ARM64, MSI vs EXE

Android builds comparison:
