Windows SmartScreen & VirusTotal warnings
  1. Why it happens:
    • SmartScreen warnings and antivirus false positives appear because the installer has no paid Authenticode signature (an EV certificate costs $500+ a year)
  1. Safety:
    • Files are built automatically and checked before every release
    • Download Dotify only from dotify.fun or the official channel @nodotify
